Selecting a category auto-populates the referral fee from Amazon's current fee schedule, including categories where the rate tiers by sale price. A $0.30 (US) per-unit minimum applies to most categories — other marketplaces publish their own local minimum in their own currency, so treat this floor as directional outside the US.

India's referral fee schedule is category- and price-tiered, sourced from Amazon.in's published rate card (updated March 16, 2026) — most categories now carry zero referral fee for items priced ₹1,000 or under. Closing fee is a separate flat charge banded by price; the amount shown here is a representative mid-range estimate since the exact fee also depends on Amazon's category grouping — confirm your category's exact group in Seller Central.

FBA fees are calculated from Amazon's real size-tier/weight rules using the product basics above, including the low-price ($<$10) discount, the over-$50 surcharge, and the current fuel & logistics surcharge. Switch to FBM to enter your own shipping cost instead.

3. Fulfillment channel, weight handling & GST

Weight handling fee is billed on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, in ₹51-per-first-500g / ₹17-per-additional-500g increments as an officially-published example — both rates are editable since exact tables vary by weight band. Pick & Pack and Storage fees use Amazon.in's exact published rates. GST at 18% applies to all Amazon fees, per official policy.
