| Name, email, message content | Contact form, email, or WhatsApp message | To respond to your enquiry or teardown request |

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or sensitive personal data through this site.
Where your data is stored
Newsletter and popup signups are stored directly in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Amazon Assistance, via a Google Apps Script endpoint. Contact form and email enquiries are received in a standard email inbox. WhatsApp messages are stored within WhatsApp/Meta's own platform under their privacy policy. We don't use a separate customer database or CRM beyond these.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google (Sheets, Apps Script, Analytics): stores newsletter signups and, with consent, aggregate analytics
- Microsoft Clarity: with consent, provides heatmaps and session recordings
- WhatsApp/Meta: if you message us via WhatsApp
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Email and WhatsApp enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping, generally no longer than a few years.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing emails or analytics at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe option in any email we send, or request removal directly by email.
Children's privacy
This site and its services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
